The Z050WV20-CT is a 5 inch TFT LCD module with a resolution of 800 × 480 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16:9. This TFT module is equipped with a projected capacitive touch screen and adopts IPS display technology, providing wider viewing angles of 85 degrees in all directions (left, right, up, and down). It features a built-in ST7265 driver IC and supports a 24-bit RGB interface.

It includes a projected capacitive touch panel (PCAP) with a GT911 driver IC, supporting I2C interfaces and 5-point touch functionality.
