Quality Control Measures

We employ each of these testing measures to our products before shipping them out to ensure the best performance and reliability. Certain displays may go through additional quality testing processes not mentioned below.

We mainly obey the following rules to control the quality of our products：

1. Make the production according to Production Instruction and Production SOP document.

2. Obey Incoming material inspection management specification and Sampling inspection standard

3. Obey First Article Inspection and LCM Outgoing Inspection Report.

4. Obey Quality Control Plan and LCM module inspection standard criteria,LCM finished product inspection specification.

Our product will pass below inspection:
* In-come material inspection
* 100% on-line inspection
* Spot check at end of production line
* Reliability test during production line
* Aging test (high temperature&room temperature)
* OQC

All displays are 100% Visual Inspection and Electrical Inspection fully tested before packing and shipping.One to Two years warranty.
