The Z40WQ01-CT is a 4-inch square TFT LCD display module, featuring a projected capacitive touch panel (PCAP). With a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels, this square LCD display ensures vibrant colors and high-quality visuals. Thanks to its typical brightness of 800 nits and a contrast ratio of 800:1, the module provides clear, sharp, and stable images even in bright lighting conditions, making it ideal for outdoor displays, portable devices, and industrial control systems.
Equipped with the ST7701S driver IC, this square TFT display supports a 24-bit RGB interface, ensuring efficient operation with a supply voltage range from 2.5V to 3.6V (typical 2.8V). It also has a wide operating temperature range of -30℃ to +80℃, ensuring reliable performance in various environmental conditions.
For touch-enabled applications, the Z40WQ01-CT integrates the ST1633I PCAP driver IC, supporting the I2C interface and enabling 5-point capacitive touch for responsive user interaction.
